I hold a BSc. in Food Science and Technology and a MSc. in Plant and Soil Science/Food Science minor. After several years in the food industry, I obtained an MBA, focusing on industrial marketing and market research. I have taught post-secondary courses in food science and business programs and prepared and delivered various industry seminars.
